Wilmington Coastal Luxury New Build

A busy couple, who owned a national business with headquarters in Raleigh, were ready to build their second home on the coast of NC. As previous clients (see Five Points New Build), they knew CCID would deliver the perfect color palette for their home, honoring the stunning views of the surrounding marsh.

The couple had a retreat in mind, where they could also entertain friends and family with ease. Guest suites were designed with each of their adult children in mind. The second-floor landing and balcony offer quiet spots to read or do a puzzle; while others enjoy the cozy media room, living room, or back deck and pool.

With a focus on bespoke lighting and furniture details, Sally and the team gave this new home the luxurious feel of a vacation resort but with imaginative personal details that make it feel like home, allowing family and friends to enjoy time together effortlessly.
