Hacienda Forever Home

A powerhouse duo in the tech sector desired a truly forever home, built with full accessibility in mind. Adding an interesting twist, the husband had grown up in Spain and the couple wanted to feel from the moment they crossed the threshold as if their new ranch style home were situated on the Spanish Mediterranean coast.

The CCID team, trained in accessible design, worked alongside a builder who specializes in accessible construction to make their hacienda-inspired dream home come to life.

The custom design details include Talavera-style tiles throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and dining table top; exposed ceiling beams; murals in the great room and dining room; and the 11-foot island counter depicting the mountainous coastline of the Spanish Mediterranean.
