Downtown Raleigh Condo

Wonderful repeat clients (see Colorful Redesign in Clayton) were ready to add a downtown getaway to their living options. With their three children now college-age and beyond, this new stage of life called for new adventures! They sold their previous primary residence and purchased a coastal property as well as this Raleigh condo as a pied-a-terre for quick visits and ease of enjoying a multitude of entertainment options.

From the 27th floor of the largest and tallest skyscraper in the city, the condo’s beautiful views of Raleigh’s vibrant downtown called for a color palette of relaxed neutrals accented by a mix of modern metal finishes. Modern furnishings with a lounge-y vibe, and accent pieces that bring the drama along with statement art, fill out the picture with contemporary comfort.
